Food Donation

Donations of food are always welcome. If you are having a banquet, picnic, wedding reception, meeting or any other gathering, please consider the Open Door as a great place to take the excess food. We have large refrigerators and freezers and can accommodate large donations of food.

The best time to deliver food to us is between 1:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Monday through Friday. It's best to call ahead so we can make arrangements. To donate food on weekends, please call (989) 835-2291 and leave a message; we will call back and set a time.

Hidden Harvest is another great local organization that receives donated food from restaurants, institutions, hotels and groceries and distributes it to those in need in the Tri-Cities area.
